What this website collects
There is no account on this website, and nothing on it asks for your name, email or phone number.
The search page at /search/ turns the words you type and the filters you pick into a count of Dubai Land Department sales. They are worked out in your browser and kept in the page address so you can share the search; they are not stored by us. If you ask to be told when Android is ready, we use your email for that one message only.
We measure visits with a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses or any persistent identifier. It records the page viewed, the language, the device type, the country and, when present in the link you opened, the campaign source (for example, which message brought you here). This is aggregated and cannot be linked back to you. On the quiz it also records each step and, at the end, your answers as listed above (the number of areas, not their names) with the budget-fit result.
Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms. It tells Meta that a page was viewed and when the App Store button is tapped, and on the quiz each step and your answers as listed above, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people more likely to be interested. To do this the Pixel sets a cookie (_fbp) in your browser and sends Meta your IP address, browser details, the page address and these events. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's privacy policy.
Links to the App Store take you to Apple. Apple's own privacy policy applies from that point.
Your choices
If your device is set to a European time zone, the Meta Pixel loads only after you press Accept in the notice at the bottom of the page. Elsewhere it loads unless you decline. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings in the footer; it is kept in your browser (local storage), and declining takes effect from the next page you open.
You can block the analytics script and the Meta Pixel with any content blocker, or clear and block cookies in your browser; the page works the same without them. You can control how Meta uses this data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Changes
We will update this page when the website starts collecting anything new, and we will say what changed.
